School Meals

Our school meals are provided by Caterlink.  Caterlink are "passionate about fresh, healthy food that tastes great. The right nutrients can affect everyone’s mood, behaviour, health, growth and even their ability to concentrate. Encouraging a well-balanced diet establishes healthy eating now and for the future".

Children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to Universal Free School meals but Year 3 and Year 4 will need to pay. Dinner money MUST be paid for in advance via ParentPay.  If you do not have a ParentPay login please contact the school office.  Weekly lunch menus can be found on ParentPay.

Food Allergy and Intolerance

Individual care plans are created for pupils with food allergies.  These document symptoms and adverse reactions, actions to be taken in an emergency, and emergency contact details.  The Kitchen Manager is made aware of any food allergies/food intolerance and requests for special diets using the official form supplied by Caterlink.

Packed lunches

Children can also bring in a packed lunch if preferred.  The school encourages parents and carers to provide children with packed lunches that promote healthy eating using the principles of the Balance of Good Health (BOGH) please see document below.   Get hints and tips on what your child’s lunchbox should contain as well as lots of easy-to-prepare ideas your children will love from the Change for Life website.
