Thank you to everyone who came along and took part in the Summer Fayre. It was a beautiful day and the school was buzzing with excitement for much of the afternoon - especially because of the fantastic display in the main hall and the lovely range of stalls and entertainment. 

The Summer Fayre is a huge amount of work to run - over 150 hours were volunteered just on the day, not including the hours worked by Committee members!! Thank you volunteers and cake bakers for your contribution - you are amazing! A special mention is necessary for a number of 'regulars', Year 4 parents who have helped at events for years, often working long slots to cover gaps. Many of these volunteers will be moving on from Friends activities as their children move to Parkfields next year. We don't know what we will do without them - thank you so much for all of the years of support! FRIENDS of Harlington Lower School.
